By using Florist Diary, including but not limited to any of its applications or websites ("Services"), you agree to this Privacy Policy and trust Molchanov Alexander Igorevich, ID number 64511338525, ("Operator") with your personal identification information, which you provide or which may be processed by the Operator in the ways and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms set forth herein, please do not use the services.
Read this Privacy Policy carefully to know what information the Operator collects, for what purposes it is used, and how you can modify, export or delete it.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy and the information collection and processing procedures described therein.

1. Which personal data we collect
Before using the Service, you are required to provide personal data. Below are some examples of the types of personal data that the Operator may collect:

C. Information that the Operator collects while using the Service: The Operator collects data about the way information is exchanged between your device and the Service:
These devices:
• device name
• Device identification number (IMEI, ESN, MEID and SN)
• device model
• operating system version, application version
• device and application settings (region, language, time zone).
- Mobile network data: your operator's network identifier (PLMN), IP address.
- System log data: information about problems (malfunctions, restarts and updates).
- Geodata: data about the approximate location of your device when it connects to the Service. The Operator can use your location (city) (if you have allowed your mobile or other location-enabled device to transmit location data) to learn how to customize and personalize your use of the Services.
D. Non-personal Information When you use the Services, the Operator may automatically receive and record information from your device and browser, including your IP address, IDFA identifiers (for iOS devices), and Google advertiser identifiers (for Android devices) (for purposes of limiting the frequency of impressions, attribution, conversion events, and estimating the number of unique users, advertising fraud detection and debugging), cookie information, search history, device IDs, your regional and language settings, the physical location of your device (if you have allowed your mobile or other device with a location detection function to transmit location data), the network status (WiFi/3G), as well as the attributes of the software and hardware.

• Providing available updates and installation notices

• User communications: When you send an email or other message to the Operator, the Operator may retain those messages to process your requests, respond to your inquiries, and improve the Services. The Operator may use push notifications to send you news and updates regarding the Services.

• Improving the quality of products and services. The Operator may also process personal data to comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements, and to establish and protect the Operator's legal rights and to identify, prevent and investigate potential fraud or cyber-attacks.
Processing of Personal Data is based on the principles of:

3. Provision of personal data For the purposes set forth in this Policy, the Operator may engage partners with whom the Operator has signed confidentiality agreements for the processing of personal data. The transfer by the Operator to partners of impersonal data on the use of the Application for the purpose of improving the operation of the Service is carried out on the basis of agreements with partners.
The operator may transfer Personal Information to third parties:

• Providers of payment instruments and banks involved in the arrangement of your payments

4. Storage of personal information
4.1. Your Personal Information provided and stored for the use of the game Florist Diary is stored only on your mobile device and is processed on the same.
4.2. Processing of Personal Data can be carried out in different countries, from which the actual use of the Services. Information we receive from Third Parties is stored only on the devices or cloud services of these Third Parties, so we are not responsible for its safety.
5. Retention period of personal data The operator will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
(1) Account Data: Operator will retain your account data until you cancel your account registration, or until the Service is suspended or your account is deleted for other reasons.
(2) Device Data: Operator will retain your device data for 24 months from the date of your last interaction with Operator, or similar to the retention period for the account data provided at registration.
(3) Customer service data: Operator will retain customer service data for 24 months from the date of your interaction in order to provide support for current and recent inquiries. Chat records and email content will be retained for 180 calendar days from the date of your last interaction with Operator.
(4) Service Usage Data: Operator will retain your usage data for 2 years. You may request early deletion of data with respect to each of the above retention periods by exercising your rights to object to and delete data in accordance with Section 7 of the Policy. Requests will be processed in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
6. Children If you are a child under the age of 14, you must obtain parental consent before using the Services. By accepting the terms of this Policy, you acknowledge that you have sufficient rights to provide personal data. The Operator will not knowingly contact or interact with children under the age of 14 without parental consent. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided your personal data to the Operator, contact the address listed in Section
7, General Procedure, and the Operator will try to remove that personal data from the databases.
7. How you can manage your personal data
(1) Right of access You can request confirmation of the processing of your personal data as well as receive a copy of your personal data processed by the operator (if applicable).
(2) Right to correction or amendment You can correct inaccurate data and complete incomplete data yourself in your account, otherwise in the usual manner.
(3) Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") You can submit a request to have your data deleted in certain circumstances.
(4) Withdrawal of consent You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the consent given:

• By turning off relevant functions
